When you enter a name, a date of birth, or a case number into a search tool on this site, that input travels directly to the third-party provider that runs the search. The provider processes it and returns results. We do not store or log the terms you enter on our end.

If you write to us by email, we keep the message so we can answer it. Your message stays with our team and is not shared outside the organization unless a legal obligation requires it.

No Warrant Data on File
This site does not host, maintain, compile, or sell databases of warrants or personal warrant records. We publish general guidance about where Iberia Parish warrant records are held and how to check them through the Iberia Parish Clerk of Court, the 16th Judicial District Court, the city and mayor's courts, and the sheriff's office. Official access to those records is governed by the Louisiana Public Records Law, La. R.S. 44:1 et seq. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and nothing we collect about visitors is assembled into consumer reports or files about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
The search boxes on this site are supplied by outside companies. Whatever you type into one of those tools is handled under that partner's privacy policy, not this one. Those partners control their own retention and sharing practices, and we do not. Read the partner's policy before you submit a search.

We link to court pages, the sheriff's office, parish offices, legal-help resources, and third-party search tools. Following any of those links takes you off this site, and from that point the destination's privacy policy governs your visit. Read it before you share personal details.
